Our name connects our big themes:

EQ—Exam Question. This is where we always start. EQ describes our values and principles: emotional intelligence, humility, humanity, common sense, empathy, listening, curiosity, creativity, intuition, intelligence, open-heartedness, open-mindedness, perspective, objectivity, critical thinking, decision quality, thoughtfulness, mindset, and more. 

AIT - Advancement and Acceleration through Innovation, including new and next technologies (AI), are already becoming a commodity - a baseline for all businesses. That’s not remarkable anymore. The opportunity is to rethink/reimagine and reframe - to translate/transport the client's product/service/solution into this new world and apply tools and techniques accordingly. This new world is about differentiation and applying Ingenious Techniques to help clients achieve. Achievement is based on what the client wants/needs to achieve, and that could be all the strategic Tier One aims - Growth, Leadership, Scale - Fame.

OR - Operational Renaissance is the ‘wholly grail’ - the entire enterprise and the bigger ecosystem it operates within working as a collective to achieve. To create an operational renaissance suggests an existing organisation. This (also) suggests we don’t work with start-ups. (Discuss) An operational renaissance doesn’t imply a wholesale change to everything, but rather a move to a ‘perpetual’ necessary and sufficient shifts that appreciate the continuous subtle shifts that occur in the real world, not that comfortable mad world that suggests methods and tired heuristics hold in our world today.
