What things, behaviours or situations drive you crazy? 

THREE - What would you change about how you operate?

If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?

FOUR - Are you in charge of you?

To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken? Do you feel you can take even more control? Is there anything stopping you? 

FIVE - Do you have a burning passion to achieve something?

What is that? What Is Your Purpose? It gets called many things — intention, ambition, goal — your dream. 

SIX - What is your one stand-out strength?

What Makes You Unique? Is it a blend of things - if so, what are the things -  and when combined, what does that add up to? What makes you you? 

SEVEN - What’s the unfulfilled thing?

What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? Why haven’t you done it? 

EIGHT - Where’s that elephant?

Are you holding onto something you need to let go of? 

NINE - What makes you feel grateful?

As you look at yourself, what is the one thing for which you feel the most gratitude? A value, an attribute, a trait or a skill/capability?

TEN - Your Vision?

Can you describe the ideal state - the way the world would be if you could have your way? This can be as an individual or the business - or both. Can you complete the sentence - “I see a world where…” And is that inspiring enough for people to want to work with you or for the company? Will it inspire everyone around you? Can you aim higher? 

ELEVEN - Signs of achievement?

What signals would you recognise (in others) that showed you were progressing with your vision? 

TWELVE - Does a blank sheet of paper scare or inspire you?

Ones To Ponder On The Business

  • What is the business known for - and how different is that from what you know clients actually need?

  • Why do clients choose you?

  • What do the customers want that we don’t do?

  • What should the business be doing if it wasn’t doing what it’s doing today?

  • What could the business do that no other business could? 

  • Would you hire your business? Answer why not and then why you might.

  • We are in business, so that..?” Are you proud of that answer?

  • Who would be more proud of that answer - the shareholders? The employees? The clients?

  • What isn’t the business doing that it should? Why isn’t it doing it?

  • What is the business doing that it shouldn’t? 

  • What is the business doing that it doesn’t want its customers to know it does? Why is it still doing it?

  • Which companies do you admire and why?

  • Describe The Enemy That The Business Is Fighting.

  • What’s the real/biggest challenge that the business is solving? 

  • What is the biggest opportunity?

  • Who does your business serve primarily? Ancillary? 

  • What does your primary client want personally?

  • Why do or should customers care about your business?

  • Describe your best client.

  • Describe the qualities of a leader(s) that you admire.
