From here you can see in any direction - The question is which direction will you choose and are you able to get there?

It's likely you're here at this site because you’re a leader. Being a leader means you are looked to for decisions. But how do you decide the future of your business in such a mind bending and complex world?

And, even if you have a great vision and strategy are you actually capable of achieving it?

THE COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT.jpg

“No longer is the leader assumed to have all the answers. Rather, the leader is assumed to have some process or method by which they can find them.” - Group Partners

Our world is full of paradox.

We have more access to information and intelligence in our lives than we could ever imagine. Yet we're more at sea than ever when it comes to understanding a clear path to the future. When predicting the future and making plans for it - the first principle is 'anything can happen'. And that makes 'being prepared for anything to happen' a requirement of strategy.

Being prepared for anything doesn't mean armour plating everything in sight. It doesn't mean investing in every option, just in case. It means being thoughtful and considered. It requires being open to possibilities and having an adaptive mindset - one that allows course correction and pivots.

The challenge, the larger the organisation becomes, is the shift of mindset at scale. But that has to start with the right aspirations and the right kind of leadership. We've learned that the journey to better answers is through better questions.

We know that constantly asking ourselves better questions is the best way we stay on our toes. It makes us alive to possibilities - always considering the variety of options.

“Do not dwell in the past, do not only dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment and learn from both.” - Buddha almost said something like that.

We are in a new orbit.

Leaders have to unlearn almost everything that's gone before if they are to be ready for this world. It’s happening right now in every board room - the urgent need to reevaluate strategy, think about change develop the new model or create a fresh platform upon which to trade.

What does it mean to be 'prepared'?

We hear many terms used by organizations, their advisors or influencers. Agile, Resilient, Fit for the Future, Adaptive - many more. But this is not some new buzz word - it is a state of mind. We don’t intend to fool you with some fancy technique or fashionable model.

We've been building our own perspectives about preparedness for years.

We’ve been mapping the best indicators of IT and we’ve turned that into this assessment. We’ve all taken tests and questionnaires and we know how they have to reassure us.

Well, Equaitor™ aims to be a little different.

THINKING DIFFERENTLY ABOUT CAPABILITY

THINKING DIFFERENTLY ABOUT CAPABILITY

We’re on your side.

Our intention isn’t to scare but to inform - to shine light on aspects of your thinking that may have been overlooked or may need a bit more attention.

  • Expect a thorough set of questions about your mindset and attitude to being prepared in business.

  • Expect questions and expect there to be many ways to answer them.

We are looking to your responses to gauge how well you are doing right now and how you are generally thinking about things. The answers to our questions mean we are able to make some kind of judgement as to how well equipped we are - or aren't?
