The Preparedness ‘scan’ - and the platform (Equaitor™) that will develop has been designed and developed by the practitioners of Group Partners along with our partner in the SVT™ Studio - Ian Francis.
Equaitor™ is deliberately designed to stand alone.It can be applied completely independently of Group Partners, it is something that we have developed to work within a Group Partners engagement.
This product is the combination of many years of different experiences, an array of different skills and importantly our different backgrounds. We are each passionate about changing the way businesses think and work.

Over the years I have explored various approaches - systems thinking, theory of change, complexity science, design thinking - and have become very focused on how these concepts can be applied in practice - in business as well as in social issues.
In my role with Group Partners I have been on my own journey exploring how to turn the use of structured frameworks into more of a ‘science’ - so that we can create tools that will help teams sustain a new way of thinking. Our use of frameworks makes for a perfect partnership with these other concepts.
I believe we need different mindsets, greater ownership and new tools to help us in our quests. I hope to unearth them or make new ones.
